Management
The management team develops and implements practice initiatives under the leadership’s guidance, be they business, studio or project based. They work collaboratively, drawing on the wide skill-base and specialism within the group, and playing to individual’s strengths. The management’s main aims are to ensure all aspects of the practice work efficiently and productively, and develop in a coordinated manner. They are also tasked with ensuring continual improvement in the quality of service and product we supply.

Delivery
Our delivery team is at the heart of the operation. They design and create schemes with design integrity, informed by our specialist areas of research and knowledge. Their creative flair and technical expertise are used to develop master plans and design proposals through to construction detailing and landscape management plans. The team uses a wide variety of techniques to communicate the content and scope of external works proposals, and how they are to be realized.
